Regional Scouting Series Survey

Parents, players who submit responses will be entered into a giveaway for a free SYL T-shirt.
The Super Y League is always looking to improve and enhance the Regional Scouting Series Events, and we would like you to provide feedback on this year's events.
All parents and players, including those who did not attend one of the three RSS Events in 2016, are invited to take part as we look to make future RSS Events better.
Please take a few minutes to answer less than 10 questions regarding the events. All who submit their responses will be entered into a giveaway for a free SYL T-shirt.
