Five players recognized for their contributions to their team this SYL season

In the buildup to the Super Y League Finals in December, we’ll be highlighting five players each week from around the league who went above and beyond for their teams on the road to Tampa. Here’s who got noticed by the USL Scouting Network this week.

Jordany Profeta

Next Level Soccer U16/17 Boys

Profeta was a strong player for Next Level Soccer U16/17s this season, scoring six goals as the number nine for the Mid Atlantic club.

Thomas O’Neil

Massapequa SC U18/19 Boys

O’Neil was solid on the ball while playing with Massapequa SC. His seven goals on the season helped the U18/19 North Atlantic team claim second in the division.

Cole Waddell

Force FCLC U15 Boys

With 10 goals, Waddell led Force FCLC U15s to first place in the Midwest division while remaining unbeaten through eight games.

Gracey LePage

Crystal Lake Force U13 Girls

Crystal Lake Force U13 player LePage was lights out this season, scoring 10 goals. Her double-digit goals helped the team earn second place in the Midwest.

Daryn Barnes

Arundel SA U15 Girls

Barnes had a strong season for Mid Atlantic’s Arundel SA U15s with seven goals and an incredible 6-2-0 record, bringing them to second place.
