Super Y League today confirmed the 72 top young talents who will represent their clubs at the 2020 USL Experience in Birmingham, Alabama. Selected for their excellent performances during the 2019 Super Y season, these players will participate in a variety of activities hosted by USL Championship club Birmingham Legion FC, designed to immerse them in the daily lives of professional soccer players.
“Players who receive invitations to the USL Experience are truly among the best young soccer players in the nation,” said Super Y League Director of Operations Jordan Rouse.
“Through this unique opportunity, they will have a chance to learn from pro players and further their development. We’re excited to welcome them to Birmingham for this amazing experience with Legion FC.”
Players from 13 U.S. states, as well as the Canadian province of Ontario will take part in the event. 33 different Super Y clubs are represented among the participants, showing the wide breadth of talent present in the league from all over the country.
