For Ewerton Andrade, soccer isn’t just a passion, it’s a lifestyle. It’s something that he has carried with him since the day he was born.

The Brazil native, like many from the South American country, has lived and breathed the game both as a player and coach, which makes him the perfect fit to help guide the group of 69 players that will attend this year’s USL Experience in Tampa.

Andrade has spent the last four years the Director of Coaching at Chicago Inferno, but it’s experiences that got him to that point that have made him such a well-rounded presence in the Super Y League.

After hanging up his boots competitively, Andrade has since served as an assistant coach for the Santos FC women’s team in Brazil before moving to the United States to pursue a number of youth jobs that brought him to this point.

For that reason, Andrade recognizes the importance of USLX.

“Players will have the opportunity to train and play with some of the best players in the country and will also have access to one of the finest training facilities in Florida,” Andrade told SYLSoccer.com. “From the competitive training and playing environments to the quality time spent with great professionals in the soccer industry, I think events like this can only magnify players’ passion and desire to become the best players they can become.”

Andrade will serve as the U13/14 Boys coach this April, working with a number of talented, young players aiming to take the next step in their young soccer careers.

“I am looking for all players involved to get a great experience out of the USLX event,” Andrade said. “I want players and coaches to value this events as an incredible opportunity for individual and collective growth.

“Players should be extremely excited to be a part of it, and coaches should feel privileged to have the opportunity to positively influence all players and peers involved in this event.”
