Thursday, December 8th – Team Check-In & Training
· Teams must have (1) representative arrive on site to check in their teams for the finals event. This is mandatory.
· Training Sessions will be 45-minutes slots starting at 12pm and the last slot starting at 3:45pm. This is optional.

Friday, December 9th – Group Stage Day 1
· 1st round of Group Stage matches
· All games will begin at 8am. The last game for U13-U18/19 will kick off at 4pm. The last U12 match will kick off at 5pm. Teams must be available between these times to play their matches.
· World Cup Watch Party will take place for the Quarter Final matches at 10am & 2pm

Saturday, December 10th – Group Stage Day 2
· 2nd round of Group Stage matches
· All games will begin at 8am. The last game for U13-U18/19 will kick off at 4pm. The last U12 match will kick off at 5pm. Teams must be available between these times to play their matches.
· World Cup Watch Party will take place for the Quarter Final matches at 10am & 2pm

Sunday, December 11th – Group Stage Day 3
· 3rd round of Group Stage matches
· All games will begin at 8am. The last game for U13-U18/19 will kick off at 4pm. The last U12 match will kick off at 5pm. Teams must be available between these times to play their matches.

Monday, December 11th
· Semi-final matches will take place at 8am & 10am. Teams must be available between these times to play their matches.
· Consolation matches will take place for teams that have agreed to play an extra match. Times and field locations will be determined once an equal number of teams per division confirm to play an extra match.

Tuesday, December 12th
· Finals matches will take place at 8am, and the last match will kick off at 12:30pm. Teams must be available between these times to play their matches.
· Teams are required to stay for the awards presentation following the final match.
