Each division's most exciting squad from the regular season

Only the best teams in the Super Y League this year have made it to Tampa for Super Y Finals, but amongst a talented field there are a few teams in particular that dominated their regular season en route to earning a berth. With 10 divisions across different age groups for both boys and girls, here’s the top-performing team from each division from the 2019 Super Y League season. Keep an eye on these 10 teams in Tampa.

U13 Girls - Internationals SC

Internationals averaged 6 goals per game while allowing just 0.5 per game, for an intimidating goal difference of +33. Cecilia Craig finished as the joint top-scorer in the division with eight goals in six appearances.

U13 Boys - Bethesda SC

The Bethesda attack scored 5.83 goals per game during the regular season, and did so with a balanced offense - three players scored five or more goals.

U14 Girls - Central Illinois Elite North

The Central Illinois attack poured in 41 goals in just eight games during the regular season while only allowing six, cruising to an undefeated record.

U14 Boys - Liverpool FC - Michigan AA Academy

This team hangs its hat on defense. In its seven games, Liverpool kept five clean sheets and allowed just one goal in the other two games.

U15 Girls - Northern Virginia SC

Another excellent defensive team, Northern Virginia SC conceded just one goal in seven games. They also had the Mid-Atlantic Division’s top scorer in Mia Arevalo-Delcid, who tallied five goals.

U15 Boys - Chicago Inferno

The Inferno are a perfectly-balanced side, containing four of the top 10 scorers in the Midwest U15 Group A Division. Their defense allows less than a goal per game on average.

U16/17 Girls - Chicago City SC 1

Chicago City 1 boasts all three of the top scorers in the Midwest Division U16/17 Group B. Maya Martinez leads the line with five goals in six appearances.

U16/17 Boys - Indiana Elite

The Elite’s Dane Richardson is one of the most efficient strikers in Super Y, racking up 10 goals in only six games. The team’s offense is dangerous as a whole too, piling up 33 goals on its way to an undefeated record.

U18/19 Girls - FRAM Soccer Club

FRAM won all six of its games, in large part because three of the division’s top four scorers are in its ranks. Elena Wingard is the team’s leading scorer with four goals.

U18/19 Boys - Everest SC

Everest were utterly dominant during the regular season, bagging 34 goals while allowing just four in their seven contests. They have all three of the division’s top scorers on their strike force, led by Parker Csiszar nine goals.
